This site I came across recently is a great way to circumvent file-size limits on email servers.YouSendIt simply hosts whatever file you'd like for seven days (or 25 downloads). During that time your recipients and whomever you send the link to can download the file quickly and easier (no registration required).
In addition, downloading from their site is quite a bit faster than if you were able to grab it via email.
